How to Filter Dashboard Data by Date Range

Overview​

The Dashboard allows you to view sales and order data for specific time periods. This feature is essential for analyzing historical performance, monitoring real-time stats, or generating reports for specific durations.

Prerequisites​

  • Subscription Plan: Lite, Plus, or Max
  • User Permission Required: view_dashboard
  • Device: Web Dashboard (Desktop or Tablet recommended)

Step-by-Step Guide​

  1. Navigate to the Dashboard Log in to your UniDiner system. The Dashboard is the default landing page upon logging in.

  2. Locate the Date Picker Look at the top right corner of the screen where the current date range is displayed.

  3. Select a Preset Range Click the dropdown menu to quickly select one of the following standard options:

    • Today: For real-time monitoring of the current day's activities.
    • This Week: To see performance for the current week (Sunday to Saturday).
    • This Month: For monthly reporting and progress tracking.
    • This Year: For an annual overview of performance.

  4. Select a Custom Range If you need specific dates (e.g., a specific weekend or a custom campaign period):

    • Click the date picker.
    • Use the calendar interface to select a custom Start Date and End Date.
    • Click Apply (if applicable).

  5. View Updated Data Once a range is selected, all graphs, sales figures, and order counts on the page will automatically refresh to reflect that specific period.

Outcome​

The dashboard widgets, charts, and tables will display data strictly for the selected time period, allowing for focused analysis.
