This section covers the configuration of physical devices connected to your Unidiner system.

Overview​

Proper hardware setup ensures that:

  • Receipts print automatically at the cashier.
  • Kitchen Order Tickets (KOTs) route to the correct station (Hot Kitchen, Bar, etc.).
  • Cash drawers open upon payment.

Key Configurations​

  1. Receipt Printers: Define paper size (80mm/58mm) and connection type (Network/USB).
  2. KOT Routing: Map specific menu categories to specific printers.
  3. Device Pairing: Link POS tablets to specific printer groups.
