Chart of Accounts
Location: Back Office > Platform Settings > General > Chart Of Accounts
Overview
The Chart of Accounts module helps businesses manage and monitor all financial activities within the system. It organizes transactions into accounting categories such as revenue, expenses, liabilities, cash registers, bank accounts, accounts receivable, accounts payable, taxes, discounts, and inventory-related financial records.
This module provides visibility into financial operations and supports reporting, auditing, reconciliation, and daily accounting tasks.
Accessing the Module
- Log in to the application.
- Navigate to Platform Settings.
- Open General.
- Click on Chart Of Accounts.
- Select the required category from the left-side menu.

Create Ledger Entry
Users can create a new ledger entry by:
- Clicking Create New Ledger Entry
- Selecting the transaction type
- Selecting the operated staff member
- Entering the amount
- Saving the transaction

Branch Cash Holds
Overview
Branch Cash Holds helps businesses track branch-level cash availability and holdings.
