Manage Company Profile

Location: Back Office > Platform Settings > General > Company Profile

This article explains how to view and edit the Company Profile in the Unidiner back office. The Company Profile section stores business and contact information related to the restaurant or organization.

Users can view all company details, but only specific fields are editable.

View Company Profile

Use this option to view restaurant and company information.

Steps to View Company Profile

  1. Navigate to the Company Profile page from the back office menu.
  2. The system will display the complete company profile information.

Information Available in Company Profile

The Company Profile page may include:

  • Restaurant Name
  • Email Address
  • Business Type
  • Company Address
  • Company Phone
  • Company Website
  • Owner Details
  • Point of Contact (POC) Details
  • Role Information

This section helps maintain accurate business and contact information within the system.

Edit Company Profile

Use this option to update editable company information.

Steps to Edit Company Profile

  1. Open the Company Profile page.
  2. Click the Edit option if available.
  3. Update the editable fields as required.
  4. After making the required changes, click Save Changes.

Editable Fields

Users can edit the following fields:

Business Information

  • Business Type
  • Company Address
  • Company Phone
  • Company Website

Owner Information

  • Owner Name
  • Owner Email
  • Owner Phone

Point of Contact (POC) Information

  • POC Name
  • POC Email
  • POC Phone
  • POC Designation

Editable fields allow businesses to keep operational and contact information updated.

Non-Editable Fields

The following fields cannot be modified:

  • Restaurant Name
  • Email Address
  • Role

These fields are system-controlled and restricted from manual editing.

Result

The updated company profile information will be saved successfully and reflected in the system.

Note: Ensure all contact details are entered correctly to maintain accurate business communication and operational records.
