Overview

This article explains how to add, edit, cancel, and process reservations in the Unidiner back office.

Add a Reservation

Follow these steps to create a new reservation:

  1. Go to Reservations.
  2. Click Add.
  3. Enter the reservation details:
    • Select Customer (mandatory): Select an existing customer from the list or search by customer name or phone number.
    • Add/Edit Customer: Add a new customer or edit customer details from the same page if required.
    • Select Date (mandatory): Choose the reservation date.
    • Select Time (mandatory): Choose the reservation time.
    • Number of Guests (mandatory): Enter the total number of guests.
    • Notes (optional): Add any additional notes or special instructions.
  4. Click Add to save the reservation.

The reservation will be added successfully.

Edit a Reservation

Follow these steps to update an existing reservation:

  1. Go to Reservations.
  2. Find the reservation you want to edit.
  3. Click Edit.
  4. Make the required changes.
  5. Click Update to save the changes.

Cancel a Reservation

Follow these steps to cancel a reservation:

  1. Go to Reservations.
  2. Find the reservation you want to cancel.
  3. Click Cancel.

The reservation status will be updated accordingly.

Process a Reservation

After adding a reservation, a Process button will be available.

  1. Go to Reservations.
  2. Find the required reservation.
  3. Click Process.

The system will redirect you to the POS screen to continue order processing for the reservation.
