How to Add, Edit, and Delete Delivery Agents

This article explains how to create, update, and delete delivery agents.

Add a Delivery Agent

Follow these steps to create a new delivery agent:

  1. Go to Delivery Agents.
  2. Click on Add Agent.
  3. Enter the delivery agent details:
    • First Name: Enter the agent’s first name.
    • Last Name: Enter the agent’s last name.
    • Email: Enter the agent’s email address.
    • Phone Number with Code: Select the country/region code and enter the phone number.
    • Password: Enter the login password for the delivery agent.
  4. Click on Add Agent to save the delivery agent.

The delivery agent will be added successfully.

Edit a Delivery Agent

Follow these steps to update an existing delivery agent:

  1. Go to Delivery Agents.
  2. Find the delivery agent you want to edit.
  3. Click on Edit.
  4. Make the required changes.
  5. Click Update to save the changes.

Delete a Delivery Agent

Follow these steps to delete a delivery agent:

  1. Go to Delivery Agents.
  2. Find the delivery agent you want to delete.
  3. Click on Delete.
  4. A confirmation message will appear.
  5. Click Delete to confirm.

The delivery agent will be removed from the list.
