How to Add, Edit, and Delete Delivery Agents

This article explains how to create, update, and delete delivery agents.
Add a Delivery Agent
Follow these steps to create a new delivery agent:
- Go to Delivery Agents.
- Click on Add Agent.
- Enter the delivery agent details:
- First Name: Enter the agent’s first name.
- Last Name: Enter the agent’s last name.
- Email: Enter the agent’s email address.
- Phone Number with Code: Select the country/region code and enter the phone number.
- Password: Enter the login password for the delivery agent.
- Click on Add Agent to save the delivery agent.
The delivery agent will be added successfully.
Edit a Delivery Agent
Follow these steps to update an existing delivery agent:
- Go to Delivery Agents.
- Find the delivery agent you want to edit.
- Click on Edit.
- Make the required changes.
- Click Update to save the changes.
Delete a Delivery Agent
Follow these steps to delete a delivery agent:
- Go to Delivery Agents.
- Find the delivery agent you want to delete.
- Click on Delete.
- A confirmation message will appear.
- Click Delete to confirm.
The delivery agent will be removed from the list.
