    • Name: Enter the unit name (e.g., "Dozen").
    • Description: (Optional) Add a short note (e.g., "12 count").
  5. Save: Click ADD.

Guide 2: How to Edit or Delete a Unit

  2. To Edit: Click the Blue Pencil Icon, change fields, and click UPDATE.
  3. To Delete: Click the Red Trash Can Icon, confirm the deletion in the popup.

Best Practices

  • Standardize unit names (Kg, g, L, ml, pcs) to avoid duplicate conversions.
  • Keep conversion ratios documented externally when integrating with suppliers.
