Order Status & Management

Overview: Tracking Order Status

The Order Status page serves as the central monitoring hub for all transactions in the restaurant. It organizes orders into specific categories based on their current stage in the lifecycle, providing managers and staff with a clear view of what needs attention (Pending) versus what has been completed (Delivered).

Key Features

  • Status Tabs: Quickly filter orders by clicking the tabs at the top (Pending, Confirmed, Preparing, Ready, Delivered, Cancelled).
  • Visual Indicators: Each order card features a color-coded status tag (e.g., Orange for Pending, Green for Delivered) for quick identification.
  • Service Information: Cards display critical logistics data such as Table Number, Floor, and Service Type (Dine-in/Pick-up) directly on the dashboard.
