Overview​

The Stock Overview dashboard gives a bird's-eye view of inventory value and health across locations.

Key Metrics​

  • Total Quantity: Sum of all items in stock.
  • Total Value: Financial value (Quantity × Cost per Unit).
  • Low Stock Items: Count of items below their minimum quantity.

Detailed Table Columns​

  • Status: Shows "In Stock" (Green) or "Low Stock" (Red).
  • Locations: Indicates where the item resides (e.g., "2 Locations").
  • Actions: Click the Eye Icon to view quantities per location (e.g., 100 in Warehouse, 12 in Mexican Section).

How to Use​

  1. Filter: Use top filters to narrow by Category, Location, or Supplier.
  2. Drill Down: Click the Eye Icon on a row to open a popup showing batch-level quantities and expiry dates.
  3. Export: Use the Export button to download the current view as CSV for reporting.
